Adjust MDL

Issue: Can the MDL be adjusted based on dilution or concentration?

Solution: SYSTEM MANAGER contains global settings for adjusting MDL/PQL by the dilution factor. Depending on the software version and the NGII interface, these settings can be specific to an interface in data upload.
