Character restrictions on unit fields in LABWORKS

Issue: Are there any restrictions on certain characters in unit fields?

Solution: Using special characters can cause issues during exporting data and reporting if the receiving program cannot handle it. This should be handled on a case-by-case basis with the customer. Handling special characters can be easier in Crystal Reports for specific reporting purposes.
