Conflicts between Windows security patches and LW 6.10

Issue: Security patches cannot be installed onto Labworks installed servers because printing takes 10-20 minutes per worksheet after applying KB5011503.

Solution: This is an issue with SAP Crystal XI runtime and the March 2022 Windows patch. Remove the patch from March 2022 and use a newer version of Crystal for reports. A full copy of Crystal from SAP Business Solutions can be purchased and configured to work with LABWORKS. Make sure the report has no references to printers the client cannot “see” or any ODBC connections from the report to a database that might cause a delay.
