POSTRESULTS6.exe not importing file via the command line

Issue: Trying to import a test file using the command line fails but succeeds when using Result Entry POSTRESULTS6 CSV format. The below screenshot shows the command string.

The error message below:

Solution: Make sure the SCND / SCBDL values are set in the SYSMGR table. Using Results Entry 6 will bypass those settings because the user is working interactively with the program.
