Sort analyses in Results Entry

Issue: What determines the analysis sorting in Results Entry? Sorting can be inconsistent across different machines. 
For example, one machine sorts like this:

And another sorts like this:

Solution: ANALYSIS.ANUM (Table: ANALYSIS, Field: ANUM).

When adding analyses during login, or as defined by LocTests order, or #GROUP order, the same order is usually maintained in ResultsEntry. Exceptions are QC batches and specific results entry template setup.
