Webtop isolated on an independent server

Issue: Is it possible to run an independent server with only Webtop installed without a Labworks client or server installed? If not, what are the minimal dependencies required to run an independent server?

Solution: Install LWWebTop on its own server without LWData/License services. Place applicationspec.xml in the C:\inetpub\wwwroot\LWWebTop folder pointing to the LW application server.
