rewrite_amd64_en-US.msi and urlrewrite2.exe in eLIMS installation

Issue: Does rewrite_amd64_en-US.msi take the place of urlrewrite2.exe during eLIMS installation?
The eLIMS docs say to install urlrewrite2.exe:

However, it seems like urlrewrite2.exe does not exist in the latest eLIMS distribution (7.1.0.204). There is a new file called rewrite_en-US.msi. Is rewrite_en-US.msi supposed to take the place of urlrewrite2.exe?

The eLIMS installation guide says the following:

It is not clear whether both urlrewrite2.exe and rewrite_amd64_en-US.msi must be downloaded and run or only rewrite_amd64_en-US.msi.

Solution: The urlrewrite2.exe file was removed and is no longer needed.
